You have up to 14 days of receipt to contact us for a refund. ALL REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IN THE FOR OF STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY (no cash or credit card refunds). Please email us at email@example.com for return authorization.
To be eligible for return, the item must be in the same unused condition in its original packaging.
After your return is approved, you’ll receive a shipping label to use for sending us back the merchandise.
Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued in the same form of payment used to make purchase.
When shipping you order back to us please obtain the tracking number and please insure the package.
We will be happy to replace any damaged items. If your item arrives damaged, please send photos of the damaged goods to firstname.lastname@example.org within1-3 days of receiving the item. We will ship out a replacement and will include a pre-paid shipping label so that you can send us back the damaged item(s). We will have no knowledge that the item was damaged until you contact us.
